準備体操もしっかりとできるようになりました。
跳び箱に乗ったら赤いフープの中に両足で着地します。
次は足を開いて跳び箱に座る練習です。
怖がらずにぴょんとおしりを上げて座れるようになってきました。
横になると足を大きく広げるので少し難しそうです。
たくさん練習して跳べるように頑張ろうね。
